A US government panel of expert doctors has decided to administer Pfizer's Covid-19 vaccination to youngsters aged 5 to 11. They reached an agreement following a vote at a meeting of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Tuesday. This opened the door for young infants to get immunized against Pfizer within a few weeks. The FDA is expected to issue a formal clearance soon.
