After just 14 days, the court ordered the hanging of Tangail's sensational Rupa Khatun rape and murder case. One has been sentenced to seven years in the case.
First Additional District and Sessions Judge, Abul Mansur Miah, in charge of the Tangail Women and Child Repression Prevention Tribunal, today gave the ruling on Monday. The judge sat on the court at 11:10 pm. He then read and read part of the 73-page verse. The owner has been told to pay the ownership of the car.
On August 25, after going to Bogra from Mymensingh, Rupa Khatun was killed in a moving bus after being raped and left in Madhupur forest area of Tangail. Rupa Khatun was a multinational company worker.
In this case, only 14 days are taken for the formation of witnesses, witnesses and arguments. This is the first time in the history of Tangail that a settlement of such a case will be settled in a phased manner. The charges are only 14 days from the chargesheet until the verdict is announced.
Court sources said, on November 29, the court formed a charge against five accused in the case. On January 3, the prosecution proceedings started on January 3 by the witness of the Madanpur Police Station sub-inspector (SI) Aminul Islam of Madhopur Madhopur. After eight working days, 27 people including judicial magistrates, doctors, investigating officers were testified. After four months of witnessing, the accused are examined and arguments on both sides.
After the silver rape and murder on August 25, police recovered his body on that night.
