Thanks for your patience as we transition to our new bid processing script. I noticed we were not properly getting bids pushed to further rounds when the current round should have been full. I investigated and noticed a typo that was incorrectly setting the round full threshold too high. I believe it should be addressed now and should take effect at the start of the next round.
