Tiny T's Italian Pasta With Rapini Recipe (End Credit Blooper Reel)


Ingredients:


1/2 a bunch of rapini

1/2 a bag of pasta (short or long)

1 Italian table spoon of extra virgin olive oil

1 - 4 cloves of organic garlic (minced/chopped)

 3 turns of Himalayan sea salt (add more to taste)


Directions:


1- Using a frying pan on med heat. Add oil, garlic and salt first.

2- Cut rapini into small pieces and add to frying pan. (saute for a few minutes)

3- Bring a pot of water to a boil.

4- Add Pasta and cook until aldente.

5- Set aside rapini when done.

6- Drain the pasta.

7- Add the pasta to the frying pan with the rapini.

8- Saute for a few minutes.

 

Notes:


You might need to add some more oil to the pan once you add the pasta.


Also you might want to add some more Himalayan sea salt to enhance the flavor.
