Colombia will face Paraguay at Fonte Nova Arena on Sunday evening in the Group B final third round of the 2019 Copa America competition.
Colombia have made the perfect start to the 2019 Copa America, Los Cafeteros have sealed their place in the quarter-finals as Group B leaders after winning over Argentina and Qatar in the first two matches of the tournament and more impressively they have not conceded a goal.
Los Cafeteros continued their opening match win against Argentina by beating Qatar 1-0 thanks to Duvan Zapata's second goal in two matches. Zapata broke the opponent's goal in the 86th minute from James Rodriguez's cross.
After being certain of qualifying for the knockout phase, it is possible that they can choose to make some changes in the match later, but momentum is also important in this competition and Colombia will not underestimate Paraguay.
Paraguay are second in the group and are unbeaten after two matches with two draws but surely there is frustration for Los Guaranies because they always fail to take advantage of every opportunity.
In the opening match, Paraguay drew 2-2 against Qatar, despite a two-goal lead until the 68th minute. In the second match, Paraguay finished their match against Argentina with a 1-1 draw after Derlis Gonzalez failed to take a penalty in the second half
Paraguay realistically needs to win this match to ensure a place in the quarter-finals and a draw may be enough to finish third if Argentina can win the match against Qatar.
