For the last few days the sun has been rising behind Canary wharf with an amazing light, this photo has no effects applied and still doesn't capture how dramatic the last few mornings have been, in this one two birds are enjoying the opening of the day, unlike most humans, I say most humans, who at this time in the morning are thinking oh shit I've got to get up, or not even that, they aren't thinking, they are just living their programmed routine. it's hard for any of us to meditate, but for me these times at sunrise are the easiest to stop your thoughts and connect to the all, that's not easy because London is so fucking noisy !
