Day 627 | Movie Night 1917


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

It's the last weekend before the end of the winter break and I went to see 1917 in the theater with a friend yesterday. I enjoyed Dunkirk even though war movies aren't exactly my favorite and 1917 certainly is up there. Purely from a cinematic point of view how it is all shot and edited it's a beauty. For that alone it's worth to go see it I would say. The story was quite simple which is a good thing as it kept me engaged all movie long.

Aside from that it was quite a good day as I'm able to stick to my plan and eat plant based while getting to my optimal weight in the process while also staying active. I did overestimate myself thinking I would join a sunday morning hot yoga session. I might still go later today or just go forward doing the 3x sessions next week.
