Recipe: (adapted from Bob's Red Mill)
1 cup unsalted butter
3 eggs
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 cup coconut sugar
2 cups gluten free flour (Bob's red Mill)
1tbs baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups gluten free oats
2 cups raisins
Lots of cinnamon

Melt butter, mix with sugar till smooth
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix again.

Pour flour, baking soda and salt together, mix.

Slowly pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mix.

Add oats, mix

Add raisins, mix

Add LOTS of cinnamon, mix.

Ball mixture into 2 inch balls and press flatish onto pan with baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes on 350 degrees
