Weekend fleemarket - fundraising for the kids

We have fleemarket twice a year to fund the childrens (extra) musical education. The previous fleemarket was covered in three posts, day 0, day 1 and day 2. I think that this time we had very much fewer things to sell, though we still did a good job. Not much extraordinary this time, so it will be a short post. We got two really old radios and one more red telephone with turnplate (same as at the previous fleemarket), everything else was rather boring.

We did some reshuffling, books were sold in the auditiorium we had previous time, so we had the electrics in a classroom. Much less space, but that also means better oversight. Here is the classroom before I started messing it up:

I was doing most of the preparation work alone, and it was very much out of my comfort zone - we've been in the auditorium for several years now, and I know exactly where to put things and how to organize the space there. I had no idea what I was doing in the start, but eventually I was quite happy with how I managed to organize things in the end. This is how things looked some 12 minutes before the opening at Saturday:

There were not so many people this time - here is the queue as it was 16 minutes before the opening:

Furniture is a hazzle, very much work and not so much income, hence we scaled very much down on the furniture this time compared with the last time:

The fleemarkets are hard work - even if we had less stuff to sell, it was almost constant work from Friday 17:00 until Sunday 20:00. My step count was 18966 for Friday, 17230 for Saturday and 19596 for Sunday. It feels good, because I consider it to be useful work. Sometimes we're asked to sell lottery tickets, resell some commercial chocolate or whatever for the fundraising, I don't like that very much.
