First steps to recording your music Pt 6.2

Hey there People!

Here is the second part to yesterday's part 1 video where we made some actual sound samples using the three methods of stereo recording we have discussed over the last few blogs. In this part i do a side by side comparison of the recordings with panning for you to see if you can hear the difference and if so, which set up you prefer so you can try it yourself next time you need to record your demo.

I have also done a section on using EQ, setting up some bus tracks and adding reverb to the mix then running it all to a master channel with some final tools to clean and polish the demo. I think there are a number of great basic skills and tricks for many people to make use of in this video so i hope if you get something out of it you feel free to share it around or refer back to it when you need a refresher. REMEMBER these same techniques can be done in any DAW not just Protools so just refer to your DAW manual if you need extra pointers for your software.

So without anymore scuff n fluff, here is Part 2 of Stereo Mic recording by Audio NRG. don't forget to upvote its much appreciated. thanks.
