RE: One Meal a Day - Charity action

Housewives and women will usually make the dough by mixing soil, salt, and vegetable oil.
After the dough so, they also form the soil into a round biscuit and "baked" under the sun.

But the citizens were helpless, they had no money to buy decent food. They have no choice, in order to endure hunger, anything willing to do, even though they know that it can cause illness.
