RE: How the olive oil is produced.

As i know the best way to have a quality olive oil is

1. dont keep waiting the olives in sacks and directly take them to facility right after collected from trees. Otherwise oil get abit bitter.
2. grinding the olives in marble press. İt is called cold squeeze in Turkey. ( i dont know the exact word for it)
