Far away there in a circle of glasses looks small with a flat water environment. Sea is more than that, the Sea provides an important source of protein, energy and minerals and other products that the world uses continuously and the oceanic rotation across the planet produces more than half of our oxygen, fueling weather systems and natural energy flows and nutrients worldwide , Provides much more means of transport than all the rivers in the land that are combined and keeps the Earth alive.
We need to take care of the sea now more than ever before, because the ocean requires all the resilience that can be mobilized in the face of climate change and the potential impact of the ongoing disaster.

The Greenpeace Campaign 'Keeping Our Seas' is meant to protect and safeguard our sea today and in the future by setting aside part of the global ocean as a Marine Reserves free from human exploitation and control, enabling these marine areas to gain a much needed pause for recovery and renewal. We also encourage each country to have its own marine conservation area developed with the community and respect for customary rights and the right to manage its livelihoods.

Built with a system of protection and restoration, the Marine Reserve is in principle the same as the national park on an international scale. The marine reserve is built scientifically and aims to address the crisis at sea that needs to work and is supported by other activities designed to ensure the sea is maintained and managed responsibly, on an ongoing basis.

World Ocean Day was set on June 8, 1992 at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and coordinated internationally by Ocean Project and World Ocean Network. Why is this World Ocean Day? Yes let be a memorial day for us, appreciate the seas of the world. Worthy of the sea we cherish, the sea in addition to being the living place of water creatures, the sea is also a shipping lane for international trade.

However, the cleanliness and sustainability of the sea and beach are the responsibility of all of us. If we after playing on the beach, make sure not to leave the garbage that can contaminate the beach. If recreation at sea like by doing diving or snorkeling, do not move let alone take coral, coral or anything that become part of marine ecosystem.
