OCD Daily: Issue #179

OCD DAILY - Issue #179

Welcome to the 179th issue of @OCD Daily!

Issue #179 highlights content from ten (10) amazing Steemit Content Creators! The OCD team continues its search throughout Steemit to find undervalued gems created by relatively new users.

Today our curators present you with ten (10) amazing pieces of original content! We strive to find works that are created by newer Steemit users that may not have the audience their quality content deserves. @OCD strives to help provide the user with that audience through our followers, and intends to showcase Steemit users who put in the extra effort to produce creative, original content.

The nomination process

A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users), within 24 hours that piece is submitted to the @ocd team, curator votes are tallied and the pieces with the most votes for each issue are added to the compilation post.

We encourage you to visit these blogs and show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.

If you enjoyed their work give them a Follow or maybe even say Hello!

All the content chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is universally appreciated and valued by the curators making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.

@thebookmadclub shares with us the Pomodoro Technique for productivity, especially when you get writer's block or you just feel like procrastinating. He also shares with us the idea of this technique, i.e. to work for shorter periods of time. Do read the original article to understand what it really is!

@horpey shares with us a tour around his town in Nigeria. It's actually an entry to a contest "My 2018" hosted by our very own @anomadsoul! If you think you have shared many photos on Steemit, do think again. This is probably one of the longest photography posts ever.

The author @cmbugua shares with us the awesome philosophy of Cradle2Cradle, a non-profit organisation that plans to change the way we design products. They aim to optimize impacts in 5 categories, i.e. material health, renewable energy and carbon management, water stewardship, social fairness and material reutilization. Do read his post to understand the concepts better.

@ssophiee has recently decided to take a risk and go full-time on Steemit! She opines that it's a great way to improve her writing, knowledge and at the same time earn some Steem. She's only 19 and hopefully she'll find some success on this platform. Do check out her profile!

@photovisions is an incredible photographer and he shares with us his brilliant macro photography skils. He chooses not to name these abstract images as it's better for the audience to imagine what it actually is. He believes nature is the author of the photo itself. Do check out his post!
