I'm very grateful to have been part of Suriname 's inaugural flight delegation that got to visit Panama for two days before the first flight from Panama to Suriname.
I want to congratulate @copaairlines and @japairportinternational for this achievement and thank them for the opportunity to be part of this historical moment. With #NVLuchthavenBeheer striving to get 1.000.000 yearly visitors by 2033 and #CopaAirlines being the hub of the Americas now flying to 81 destinations in 33 countries, this partnership seems to be a perfect match.
With every opportunity, there will be challenges, but once we as a country understand the rewards, we can surely benefit from connectivity more than ever before.
