An Excellent Way To Show Your Support For #newbieresteemday (this one might just take off!) ;)

In the last 11 Days we have witnessed together an amazing effort by so many wonderful people with big hearts. Frankly it is growing so fast that I have found it hard to keep up with all the initiatives going on. And @mudcat36 hasn't even revealed anything publicly about what he is working on. From @goldendawne's "Dear Dawne" mentoring program (Here) to @deliberator's and @danielsaori's contests GIVING away free money (Here) and (Here) (REMINDER last chance to get in is today btw) we have had a whirlwind of activity.

I'm not going to list everything happening, but I would like to say that you should go to these other blogs and discover some amazing things that are happening to make our community stronger every day @amariespeaks @themanwithnoname @royaleagle @bashadow @randomwanderings. And frankly this is just from the last 2 days. It is both amazing and hard to keep up with at the same time. And on top of that keeping up with the great people doing "re-steeming" "coordinating" "cheerleading" "teaching" and so many other functions, has put us in a position that we needed a solution to get this information out.

@beeyou Found The Perfect Solution

As has happened often in the last 11 days, we have found that we have many talented people with great ideas. And while these ideas are terrific on their own, even better is they also come with the people willing to execute their plan. Its a community that grows by everyone "pitching in"... and selflessly at that :)

One such teammate of ours had a post last night that was the perfect solution to our information glut. Note: its a good problem to have, but a problem to deal with nonetheless. @beeyou made a post announcing she was going to start the Weekly Recap for #newbieresteemday (Click Here for a must read post!).

I don't think she even realized how powerful this new development will be. It is so great because it will do the following things:

  1. It will make it easy for people to "catch up" on what is happening and make sure our members don't miss anything.
More ease, more retention. Its a fact I learned long ago ;)

  2. It will lead to even MORE programs being developed knowing that someone will be scrolling through the #newbieresteemday tag for pertinent news. (note: think of the newbies that have ideas or posts to help their friends that will now have a way to get their message out)

  3. It will provide more power to EVERY initiative we have going. Like our contests, our mentoring sessons, our teaching tools, or our achievements (think @randomwanderings, @krishnendukj and @katrina-ariel)

  4. And most importantly, it will provide $SBD and upvotes to our members and our overall initiative because @beeyou will be donating the SBD BACK to you. In other words, she only keeps the small amount of SP that is earned from this project, and she gives the lion's share back to us. 1/2 will go to directly supporting the members' games, contests, and intiatives; and the other half will come back to @mudcat and me to continue to provide support to grow our platform.

The 5th Reason Why This Is Great

Each of these points are awesome on their own and I highly recommend you let them sink in because I'm telling you right now it is bigger than most will realize on the surface. With this one simple and selfless action trying to just "do her small part" to make it easier for everyone, @beeyou has now put herself in the position of becoming very powerful in her own right. (note: to prove my point she was a 37 Reputation with 67 followers and 27 SP. Write these numbers down and see where she is in 30 days from now)

The 5th reason that her idea is so great is that she, like @randomwanderings 2 days ago, is poised to radically increase her power and influence. By doing what she did, on her own and with a pure heart, she will now become a role-model that can lead many others and show them success is possible if you do the right things. I am very excited to see this point play out. It will encourage and motivate so many others to also find their way to help that "suits" them. It will also prove the point that working together will lead to us all to being stronger and happier within our community here.

Actions To Take If You Undertand And Agree

The Weekly Recap for #newbieresteemday - (link to the article is here)

#First, you can upvote the "Weekly Recap" post

#Second, you can resteem the "Weekly Recap" post

#Third, you can support it via "upvote post boosters" to get the attention up and the payout up too.

Note: I upvoted her by using 2 SBDs on bid bots. (the money will come back to us anyways). If you don't know how to use bid bots or upvote post boosters yet, and would like to contribute of as low as $0.02 SBD to the upvote you can contact either me, @royaleagle or @cryptkeeper17 and we can either help you do it yourself or we can do it for you if you send us your SBD.

***2nd Note: I will contribute all SBDs earned from this post to upvoting the "Weekly Recap for #newbieresteemday". This is in addition to the 2 SBDs I did already. So the higher the upvotes for my post goes, the higher the upvotes for the "Weekly Recap for #newbieresteemday" goes. (hint: Its called a virtuous loop) ;)

Remember that ALL of the SBD will go back to the members, so using your upvotes or buying her some post-boosters will only go back to the community and thus eventually back to you. It takes a second for this to sink in, but when you see it in action, you will want to make the "Weekly Recap for #newbieresteemday" one of the biggest upvoted posts on steemit. It helps the members and of course it helps the newbies, and together or platform to help has just gotten that much stronger.

On behalf of @mudcat36 and myself I want to thank everyone who has been involved with this wonderful project. You have blown away our initial expectations, and just think, we are only 11 days old. What an amazing group of selfless, intelligent, and hard-working people we are. And also I must mention we are also quite fun too ;)

As always be humble and...
