NOW PLAYING WEEK 16: KINGS OF LEON – SEX ON FIRE
Hello fellow music lovers and welcome to another entry of mine for #nowplaying week 16. It’s morning here in Kota Kinabalu and if we are on the same time, good morning to you and good evening to some of you that is night time already in your place. The weather here is a bit cloudy and therefore, to accompany my day in this cloudy weather will be listening to a song and the best suitable song will be “Sex on Fire” by the one and only Kings of Leon.
Kings of Leon is an American alternative rock band and consists of 4 members which all of them are brothers and cousin. The band was formed in Tennessee, 1999 and fronted by Caleb Followill as their main vocalist and guitar, follow by his brothers, Nathan Followill as the drummer and back-up vocal, and Jared Followill on the bass and back-up vocal. The last band member is their cousin playing lead guitar and on back-up vocal as well, Matthew Followill.
Their song, “Sex on Fire” was released on September 2008 as their first singles coming from their fourth studio album called “Only by the Night”. I have to say that “Sex on Fire” is one of my favourite song as the song is so catchy especially their bass line, it makes you want to move your body all day and all night long, certainly “Sex on Fire”.
