Yesterday the French caught 2 Russian citizens taking pictures of the Notre Dame.
They were arrested after they admitted being on the scaffolding, but they said they were there only to admire the Paris cathedrale, known worldwide for its 93 meter spire and wanted to inspect the Spire and the statues (which had already been removed) from up close.

It turned out these 2 Russians were the same hanging around the Salisbury Cathedral, known worldwide for its 123meters Spire after they made a walk a couple meters away from Skripals house last year.
The French Direction générale de la sécurité intérieure is now cooperating with the British and American Intelligence Agencies to find out more about the connection between the Salisbury and Paris Con-Spire-acies.
