Treasure-hunting in Norway (3): The Vrengen Strait

A second world war treasure is hidden at the seabed in the Vrengen Strait, between the islands Nøtterøy og Tjøme in Færder municipality i Vestfold county. It was a German barge beeing sunk by the Norwegian resistance, filled with precious porcelain with nazi-symbols. This blogger hates nazism as most people, and I am reluctant to keep some of those valuable items with nazi-symbols exhibithed in my private home. Anyway, at the collector's market, the cargo is worth a fortune. And its still there... Picture of the Vrengen Strait. 250px-Tjøme_Jacobskjær_a.jpg
