we see poster are pasted in wall but who has pasted it we just dont know. Basically Low class peole just paste it for companies, parties. For doing this job A Rickshaw Van is needed. Some time Group of people done it or some time the van puller do it himself.

Some time problem may occuerd while poster pasted in vital wall. some wall are resticeted. Paster are illitatrate not identified the resticed wall and casue danger. some time he or they may punnised by the autor of the wall. so this may do with sensible.
