Be strong, especially in the first two weeks

The heaviest time in the quitting process is in the first two weeks. However, once you pass that time, you will begin to get used to it without a cigarette. Therefore, when you have gone through the initial two weeks, do not let your tempt back to smoke because it will make all your efforts in the toughest times to be in vain.
