Game of Thrones season 8 teaser is out

So, the new teaser for GoT season 8 has just come out a few hours ago, and it looks really promising.

Not much was revealed except for three of the remaining four Stark kids (Jon Snow is a Stark, change my mind) in Winterfell's crypt, with them walking through corridors filled with their ancestors' graves, only to end up standing together in front of their own statues.

And, of course, winter has finally arrived, as we can see from the chilling wave of mist and frost that is threatening to freeze everything in its way. So far, there is no indication of what will happen to other major characters, or who might end up sitting on the Iron Throne when the dust settles.

With only 90 days remaining until the first episode, there is a lot of hype in the GoT fandom, which is understandable. The show has been amazing ever since it came out, and the fact that it is still ahead of the books only adds more hype to it, as there are no actual spoilers regarding the story's end. Not to mention that there was quite a break between seasons 7 and 8.

Personally, I don't like watching one episode per week, and I have always done my best to try and avoid spoilers until the entire season is out, and then watch it all at once. However, this is likely not going to be a possibility with Game of Thrones season 8. The only way to avoid spoilers would be to give up on the internet entirely, which is not an attractive option, either.

So, after years of following this show, speculating who will die (next), who will live, and who will end up on the Iron Throne — we are now only a few months away from getting answers and the completion of the story. Nobody can tell whether or not the show's conclusion will live up to viewers' expectations (they are quite high at this point), but the show has never disappointed us before, so there is still a reason to hope.
