Then as the Mayor of Davao City, Filipino-Canadian volunteer nurses had been giving him praises during his presidential campaign for 2016 in Facebook.
Contrary to what some journal publications that have been reporting that he have cancelled his visit to Ormoc City yesterday, the above photographs and the attached video will say otherwise.
A 6.5 magnitude earthquake hit Ormoc City last week Thursday.
