UPMSP makes Aadhaar compulsory for class 10th and 12th exams

The students appearing for high school and intermediate exams have to ensure they have Aadhaar card as the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has made it compulsory. In case a student reaches the exam centre without their Aadhaar card, then they will not be allowed to sit for the exam.

For class 10, a total of 37,12,508 students are expected to appear while in class 12, it is about 30,17,032. In all, 67,29,540 students will sit for the exams. The number of candidates has increased from last year.
