Lithuania, Romania complicit in secret CIA prisons: European court

STRASBOURG: the european court docket of Human Rights dominated on Thursday that Lithuania and Romania had been complicit in a controversial CIA programme to preserve suspects caught after the 9-11, 2001, terror assaults in mystery detention centres on their territories.
