Californians want a piece of the American Dream too-- instead we get SANCTUARY STATE!

What just happened in California? Last night Governor Jerry Brown signed Senate Bill 54, which takes effect in January, making CA a SANCTUARY STATE. Earlier this year he approved a 30 million dollar bill to help fund illegal immigrants. 20 million towards lawyer fees fighting deportation and 10 million towards the education of "dreamers".

All this while the streets are literally filled with homeless people. Hundreds of people sleep in tents at night and have created tent cities. They have settled all over CA, particularly in large cities such as Los Angeles and San Francisco. And the middle class is living paycheck-to-paycheck. The freeways are congested, housing is expensive, hospitals and schools are overcrowded.

I don't know if you knew, but The United States gives visas to cash property buyers, another flaw in our immigration laws, but is especially troubling for California because of the homeless crisis. Most Asians prefer to buy property in CA because of its great selection of universities, costal views and flawed immigration system. A study conducted by ZeroHedge found the following:

"You read that right, a whopping 80% of all new housing in Irvine was bought by Chinese. This is what we found:

California is the most popular U.S. destination for Chinese real estate buyers, according to Juwai.com, a Hong Kong-based property search engine.

Chinese bought 32% of homes sold to foreign buyers in California, double the share sold to Canadians, according to an April 2014 survey by the California Association of Realtors. About 70 percent of international buyers pay cash, the survey showed."

They are buying 1 million dollar homes in cash and often give several thousands more of asking price. This makes it almost impossible for the middle class to compete for home ownership. They are already overwhelmed by high taxes which go to fund programs for illegals, not their own families.

"Chinese nationals were the biggest buyers, purchasing $31.7 billion worth of property, up from $27.3 billion a year earlier and more than ever before, the Realtors said. But the largest increase came from a surge in buyers from Canada, where prices have skyrocketed in recent years, partially due to Chinese investment there." - LA TIMES
(China is screwing us economically from trade to real estate)

So why does CA encourage immigration? Californians want a piece of the American Dream too! Instead, it is sold to rich foreigners and given free to poor illegal immigrants. What is the goal? The goal is to drive the middle class out to other states, such as TX or AZ-- take their "liberal" views there, vote Democratic and make room for the new wave of illegals to come in. Is all this the beginning to Cal-exit?
