US-made missiles seized by Syrian Army in southwest Syria


BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:00 P.M.) - The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) reportedly seized a large cache of weapons that were left behind by the jihadist rebels in the southwestern region of Syria.

According to a report from the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), the military not only seized a large cache of weapons, but also, Israeli-made medicines that were found inside an abandoned field hospital.

Among the large stockpile of weapons seized by the Syrian Arab Army this week were several ammunition boxes, US-made anti-tank TOW missiles, RPGs, machine guns, artillery shells, and assault rifles.

The Syrian military has been conducting several combing operations in the southern region of Syria, as they attempt to find the remaining weapons that were left behind by the rebels before they agreed to surrender their areas in Al-Quneitra and Dara'a.
