Espero se encuentren muy bien!! Esta semana pasada estuve un poco ocupada con algunas diligencias que me tocaba hacer, también me tome el tiempo de hacerle varias cositas a mi hija, en esta oportunidad les traigo una camisa que empezó siendo un body😅 un lazo del cual fué el unico que se me pasó por la mente tomarle foto al proceso, y otras cositas que ya había hecho en los meses anteriores.

Este post se me ocurrió ya que en uno de éstos días que estaba cociendo, recordé que mi amiga @Noctav, me había dicho que tenía talento en hacerle ese tipo de detalles a mi bebé. Así que decidí también compartir estas cosas con ustedes♥️.

This past week I was a bit busy with some errands that I had to do, I also took the time to do several little things for my daughter, this time I bring you a shirt that began as a bodysuit, a tie of which I was the only one I knew. It crossed my mind to take a picture of the process, and other little things that I had already done in the previous months.

This post occurred to me since one of these days when I was cooking, I remembered that my friend @Noctav had told me that she had a talent for doing that kind of detail to my baby. So I decided to also share these things with you ♥ ️.

Body negro para usar como patrón.
Tijeras.
Hilo blanco.
Retazo de tela blanca.
Retazo de tela para usar como forro.
Aguja.
Color verde de cera para trazar.

Black bodysuit to use as a pattern.

Pair of scissors.

White thread.

Piece of white fabric.

Scrap of fabric to use as lining.

Needle.

Green color of wax to trace

💚COMO LO ELABORÉ💚

💚HOW I MADE IT💚

El primer paso que realicé fue escoger un body negro, para tomarlo como guía y patrón. Luego trace en la tela blanca que escogí, la forma del body con un color verde de cera (que le pedí prestado a mí hija jaja) y corté.

En otro retazo de tela el cual utilicé como forro, hice el mismo procedimiento anterior, solo que esta vez tomé como base el patrón ya cortado en la tela blanca y trace, para luego cortar.

Seguido uní ambas telas y empecé a coser, peeeeero al terminar me dí cuenta que a mi hija no le quedaba el body😅 así que luego de pasar unas cuantas horas tratando de averiguar como resolver, me fruste tanto que decidi cortar a la mitad el body. Luego termine de coser y TADARA! Camisa que empezó siendo un body estaba listo!

The first step I took was to choose a black bodysuit, to take it as a guide and pattern. Then trace on the white fabric that I chose, the shape of the bodysuit with a green wax color (which I borrowed from my daughter haha) and cut.

In another piece of fabric which I used as a lining, I did the same previous procedure, only this time I took as a base the pattern already cut on the white fabric and traced, and then cut.

Then I joined both fabrics and started to sew, but when I finished I realized that my daughter did not have the bodysuit😅 so after spending a few hours trying to figure out how to solve it, I got so frustrated that I decided to cut the bodysuit in half . Then finish sewing and TADARA! Shirt that started as a bodysuit was ready!

Mi hija con su camisa ya puesta

Voy a admitir que en este trabajo lleve muchos regaños de mi abuela ( la cual sabe coser muy bien) porque no hice un patrón primero, no tome medidas a la bebé, no tomé en cuenta que la tela no estiraba, y un montón de cosas más, pero aún así me felicitó porque he ido aprendiendo más y más, a paso lentito pero seguro.

Espero les guste mucho!! Poco a poco iré compartiendo cada una de las cosas que le hago a mi bebé NaniLu♥️

I will admit that in this job I get a lot of scolding from my grandmother (who knows how to sew very well) because I did not make a pattern first, I did not measure the baby, I did not take into account that the fabric did not stretch, and a lot of things more, but still he congratulated me because I have been learning more and more, slowly but surely.
