I actually recently joined the Hive a few days ago thanks to my very good friend @estherscott and to @readthisplease who has been really generous and helped me get started with hive power.
I must admit the Hive is a wide place to be and even tho I had two generous people to explain and help me find my way, I have to be very honest I have been roaming and wandering around the Hive, but I am a very fast learner and that has really helped me learn one or two things on here myself. I usually always refer all my questions and confusions to @estherscott, But still for this few days I have felt like a wanderer.
‘Interact’ they said , ‘like and comment on posts’ they said but as I did that I kept looking at my Hive power credits and the thought of running out of Hive power has been a major limitation for me but I am comforted that that would change soon.
As soon as i found out about the Newbies initiative I got really curious and then I got to understand that the initiative was for people like me who are new, lost and wandering their way through the Hive. I am very glad to be participating in this because now I have the confidence that I can finally have a smooth transition from being a newbie to knowing the ropes of Hive.
I am sincerely grateful to the organizers for understanding exactly how a newbie feels on here and have taken this initiative to help train newbies as well as help us grow on Hive.let me say thank you to @starstrings01 and @projectmamabg for being really warm and welcoming
I am very much excited to know that the coming months will hold for me an entirely different experience here on Hive and I would be able to build my Hive blog and reputation, learn and be able to stand on my own as a Hiver.
Initially I started off at 25 reputation, after my introduction post I found out that my reputation had grown to a 49 which is my current reputation. And I was generously gifted by a gifter a Hive power of 20 which i have been getting by with. I would still love to thank @aliento for helping newbies out with the Hive power they need to get started.
I joined the Hive first because I have always wanted a platform where I can express my creative side , pour out my heart knowing that people would read and relate to it and interact with me base off my creative writings.
I am joining the initiative because I want to learn how to grow on Hive, to be able to reach a wide audience of persons and have them read my thoughts and life experiences through my writing. One thing I have come to understand these few days of joining Hive is that I can’t have that goal met if I keep wandering through Hive, so instead I have chosen to undergo Newbies initiatives training to be a better Hiver.
I promise to follow all rules and take all tasks given during the training course very seriously, I know I won’t be found lagging.
I would love you all to stay with me on this journey of exploring my self through my creative writing here on Hive, like I said in my Introduction post, joining Hive is also a self exploration journey for me,
my love for cooking and baking
My life before and after marriage
My journey as a wife
Lifestyle
My not so smooth journey to motherhood
My journey as an entrepreneur, and many more we would discover together,
and I can’t wait to be on top of it sooner. I consider this journey to be one I would find ways for you all to relate with me on all levels, we shall explore and find out life and it’s many meanings together and I know that through my mind eyes written down for you all , it would be fascinating and interesting. Trust me you would love to stay with me.
I will also love to make new friends and trust me to be in your comment sections and in your community even as I implore you to be in my comments too and let me know your thoughts and opinions under my posts
Darling Hivers
