Guide: How to use Naviaddress App

With the launch of our Naviaddress applications, the world has gotten a bit smaller and a lot more manageable — at least in terms of addressing and identification. Using the Naviaddress app, it is easy to create an address to any location or object. Users may also create an event as a naviaddress and share it with all description inside — event information, its location, last mile navigation and other relevant information.
Here’s a simple step-by-step guide on how to use the app and enter the Naviaddress world:

  1. Download the App
Apple and Android users can download the free app. Apple users (iOS 9.0 and later) should search for “Naviaddress” in the App Store; Android users should search for “Naviaddress” in the Google Play Store

  1. Install the app and log in into the account (currently running in English and Russian).

  1. Create a personal account
You can create a personal account using your smartphone mobile number or email or link the app with existing accounts on Facebook (Option to log in with “Gmail” is coming soon)

  1. Create a Naviaddress
Begin creating Naviaddresses by clicking the (+) symbol on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, this will open a world map (Stonehenge Road in the UK is the default) OR use search function to enter information

Click “edit address” at the top of screen

Enter the address information. Naviaddress will suggest the postal address to your location on a map or name of a location (e.g. business, school or conference center) OR allow the app to access to your microphone (in your smartphone “Settings” menu) and simply dictate the address

Satellite view will help to clarify the location more precise.

Once the app has pinpointed the location, click “done” at the bottom of the screen (your account will be listed as “address owner”.

  1. Select the address type.
There are several types of Naviaddresses:
    a) “standard” for general physical addresses
    b) “event” for limited-time events
  2. Add description to your address.
Complete the listing by entering additional details including:
    a) Name
    b) Address category
    c) Description
    d) Photos
    e) Visible on map (enable)
    f) Route description
    g) Exact address (floor, wing, side of street, etc.)
    h) Schedule (pick a weekday for deliveries)
    i) Contact (receptionist or security, for example)
    j) Booking options (phone, website, etc.)
  3. Add “favorite” addresses by clicking the symbol
  4. SHARE the address verbally or via messaging apps.
Naviaddress functions as “a smart address” because users can assign and store relevant information such as “last mile” navigation (embedded geographical coordinates, physical address, hours of operation, route description, photos and other relevant information), which makes it also easier to find complicated, remote locations and newly built structures. Create your own naviaddresses for your home, office, country house, weekend retreat, your parents’ address, fitness center, clubs and favorite places, which you would like to visit again, and share them with one click whenever, wherever and as many times as you’d like.
