According to wikipedia, the volcano last erupted on Feb 19th this year. Is that what the cloud above is all about? I'd be fascinated to have the chance to visit an active volcano in the process of erupting so long as it was sufficiently safe to and a relatively predictable eruption. I guess there's always a pretty major element of danger if you visit such a place at such a time.
