An afternoon of laughter and Pumalaca

IMG_20180529_171404.jpgHello Steem family, today I can tell you that it was a very fun afternoon with my husband, nephew son and friends, between smiles and many pranks of children, we spent time collecting the pumalacas so they are known in our country Venezuela and our town of The pillar. We picked a lot of this fruit because my husband was riding in the bush and everyone else collecting all the possible while the children ran from one side to the other and bounced in addition to eating in quantity. It is a fruit with many nutritional properties, it is known with different names among which we can mention Pomalaca, pink puma and also pink apple, it still does not look like an apple at all. It is very fresh, sweet and sometimes it can be insipid. It should be noted that these are very sweet and sometimes I do not want to stop eating them. Its benefits are highlighted in vitamins A, B3 and C, in addition to being low in calories and fat, it helps protect against colds and flu, helping to increase defense.IMG_20180529_171548.jpg!
