Water has always attracted the humans .From ancient humans to present humans , the trend of having home near sea shore or river has not gone. This type of human colony comes in dream only and every one is crazy to get his dream fulfilled. Sometimes it appears to be human greed of playing with nature , sometimes their foolishness to harm themselves by creating error in nature.
