First snowfall of the season has occurred in Himachal even at the higher reaches of Dhauladhar range. Dhauladhars have lower elevations than the Pir-Panjal, whose higher peaks remain white capped throughout the year.
But near to lower elevations of Dhauladhars it just rained. And I can say that it is one of the moat beautiful mornings I have seen here. I just clicked the photos using my Samsung J7 prime.
