Natural beauties of Chittagong Division
Bangladesh is a country with uncountable natural beauties. Most of them are situated in Chittagong divisional area.
Chittagong:
Chittagong distirict is famous for some waterfalls and beautiful hills. Khoiachora, Napittachora, Sohosrodhara, Suptodhara, Komoldoho etc are the famous waterfalls of Chittagong. Chondronath hill is the highest hill in Chittagong. A famous temple named Chondronath is situated here. Sitakundu eco-park is situated here. All of these beauties are situated in Sitakundu and Mirsarai sub-district.
Bandarban:
Bandarban has the highest mountain in Bangladesh named Keokradong. It is 1230 meter high from the sea surface. Bogalake is another natural wonder which is situated near the mountain. All of them are situated in Ruma sub-district. Besides, Bandarban is famous for some waterfalls. Nafakhum known as the Nayagra of Bangladesh situated here. Tinap Saitar, the biggest waterfall of Bangladesh is sitated here. There are also some famous waterfalls such as Amiakhum, Naikkhong etc. Bandarban has also some beautiful places on hills such as Nilgiri, Nilachol etc.
Khagrachori:
Khagrachori is famous for Sajek valley. It is a heavenly place. Alutila Cave, Risang waterfall etc are also famous natural beauties which is situated in this district.
Rangamati:
Rangamati is famous for some beautiful lakes and hills. It has the longest hanging bridge in Bangladesh.
Cox's Bazar:
Cox's Bazar sea beach is the longest sea beach in the whole world. It is about 120 kilometers long. Cox's Bazar has also the most beautiful Island in Bangladesh named Saint Martin.
All these places are famous througout the world. People from different countries come to visit these. We should preserve them carefully.
