On the 28th January 1986 the spaceshuttle called "Challenger" broke in two parts a few seconds after its start. Every member of the spaceshuttle crew were reported 'dead'. You can see a footage of that here.
Wikipedia says:
The crew would have been torn from their seats and killed instantly by the extreme impact force.
But take a look at the following picture: Every of the crew members is alive, many do even go on living with their usual names:
Again a clue that NASA is lying to us.
Why should they tell us that they are dead, when they aren't? Right - because the spaceshuttle never started off with human beings inside (my opinion).
