NOTICE TO 'ALL' MALAYSIANS, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE-OUT AT EVERY AIRPORT AND SHIP HARBOUR FOR NAJIB/MO1 & FAMILY!
Malaysia and many OTHER countries are a Signatory to the Vienna Agreement on Diplomatic Relations. It is under THIS International Treaty that Foreign Embassies, Ambassadors, their families and certain members of a countries Diplomatic Core are granted DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY from Civil or even Criminal Prosecution.
This IMMUNITY also extends to a Countryls HEAD OF STATE or even HEADS OF GOVERNMENTS so long as the person HOLDS the Office and position as an Official HEAD OF GOVERNMENT.
THIS International Treaty and Agreement which is also upheld by the US Department of State is also what has COMPLICATED matters in regards to Najib Razak and WHY all this while he was not NAMED DIRECTLY in the United States Department of Justice ( DOJ ) Civil Forfeiture Court Filings due to this IMMUNITY granted so long as he HOLDS the Official Office of "Prime Minister" of Malaysia.
This is also most probably ONE of the major reasons he has tried to HOLD ON to power for so long and even STALL the Election Results to BUY HIMSELF and his family TIME. Because the moment in which Tun Dr. Mahathir is OFFICIALLY SWORN-IN as the 7th Prime Minister of Malaysia, then AUTOMATICALLY Najib Razak LOSES this immunity which he has enjoyed for so long.
This also means that the moment Tun Dr. M is SWORN-IN, the United States Department of Justice ( DOJ ) will now not only be able to NAME Najib Razak directly in any Court Filings without referring to him any longer as "MO1" as he NO LONGER holds the Office or even the privileges that come with it. This also means that the US DOJ may also even issue WARRANTS OF ARREST for Najib and his family members and it will make the US DOJ as well as Attorney General's Office in other foreign countries much easier to proceed towards any CRIMINAL INDICTMENTS against Najib and all those in COLLUSION with 1MDB.
He maybe trying to ESCAPE already.
I urge my fellow Malaysians in every Airport and Ship Port Harbour to keep your eyes OPEN and don't LET him escape!
Please "Tag" & "SHARE" this with AS MANY Patriotic Malaysians as possible!
Do NOT let this World Renown THIEF and Criminal to ESCAPE as he has much to answer for!
