It will be great. I have been learning from the question and answer in musing over the past week. I think upvoting reasonable question is good because
1. Everybody want to answer question because of the reward and few people partake in question
2. Question is the most important things reason been that once there is no question then there will be no answer
3. Question gives opportunity to reason think and write on what will know.
