Proof that you can write a song about almost anything. I have a buddy Brandon who covers this Mojo Nixon song. I had never heard it before but man does it get stuck in my head. Very different from much of the music that normally gets caught in my head.
Leaves me with the question, is it just so shocking that it is memorable? Or is it actually somehow a good song?
Of course writing songs about dongs is not just for the obscure. Many will remember this song by Rock and Roll Hall Of Famer, and Grammy lifetime Achievement Award Winner, Chuck Berry. Mr. Berry is also received Kennedy Center Honors and Bob Dylan called him, "The Shakespeare of Rock and Roll".
