Mystic Sound Records release: Be Jam – 'Simulflow' (October 2017)

Hey, psylovers!

As mentioned on my introductory post, I write blurps for Mystic Sound Records. The label is focused on international psychill, psybass, psytech, psybient music - mostly chillout. This music you listen for magic trips around your consciousness: it goes great both in headphones and on the party, with whimsy flouro decoration. The label is run by the Russian DJs Maiia and Cybered, and I am happy to invest my energy into writing release info for their new discs.

So, “Simulflow” is the debut album of Be Jam (Denis Lutovinov) – he is 30 yo and lives in from Zhukovskij, Russia

Imagine a party in a temple, on the top of the really high mountain in India. And you go up leaving the ‘earth’ world back down – the walk is slow and relaxed, with the tricky music along. There are some random steps you need to rise; after every step you look back, breathe out and reveal the new world energy.

These worlds are all different and evolve from the previous ones. They bring the same aspects of our ‘earth’ life, yet are they riddled and expanded with the new vision, where past meets the future. These flows are deeply merging with the present moment and create multiple versions of the time plane. Being the subjective source of this existence, you keep on moving towards the temple party. Its echoes superimpose on top of your mind music, what creates a unique bass sound with essential blimps, whirls and chills. When you finally reach the summit, all these time flows, new world vision and multi-existence blend with the music all over. In Herbert’s ‘Dune’ it was called ‘Simulflow’ – multipolarity of perception, when you can be in different time flows at the same time. Fancy hearing how does it sound like?
