Posh - New Single "Mr. Anyone" Out August 9, 2021

After 6 months from the release of Running Up That Hill, on August 9th, 2021, the new single of Posh, “Mr. Anyone” is released in all digital stores. The song is the first single taken from the new upcoming album that will be released at the end of the year. After ten years of waiting, this is the first unreleased single with whom the Italian band presenting again itself to the public in great shape, a song full of energy that rings out in the riffs with a performance worthy of the best rock golden years. Posh were born in 2001. The band is formed by the lead singer and guitarist "Salvo Minnella", the bassist and Synths player "Federico Salemi" and on drums and percussions “Alberto Minnella". Throughout the first decade of the new millennium, the band stands out for its deep, melancholic sound. In simple words: just unique. In 2007 they represented Italy at the prestgious MIDEM (Marché Internatonal du Disque et de l'Editon Musicale) festival, held in Cannes, France, at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès. In the same year they released their first EP "Biancolilla", which has gained a lot of exposure. Then, in 2009, the trio released "La realtà celata delle cose" a full LP album.

"Mr. Anyone" was written and composed entirely during the months of the pandemic in Germany. Addiction to work and the “money industry” are the main theme of the song, which describes in lyrics and music a sick society that has completely lost its genuine approach to life.
