2 Port Alberni Teens Are Wanted on a Canada Wide Manhunt!

The 2 teens from Port Alberni, a small island city, have been on the run for weeks now and have started a Canada Wide Manhunt. They are wanted for murder and suspect of 2 more counts of murder. Considered armed and dangerous we will try to put together the puzzle they left us. Maybe this boat will surface some clues because this is a very confusing murder case with no past connection between the victims and the murderers.
