During middle school cable TV was my saving grace. Having to deal with monsters at school was much easier when I had monster movies to come home to. One movie brings me back to the 6th grade was Ghoulies 2. While this was played for laughs there was one scene that gave me chills. It really didn’t have anything to do with the method the guy was killed but the fact that the crowd thought it was part of the show and cheered along. My social status at the time I was probably at the same level as that guy and I would imagine my classmates would cheer as monsters disposed of me. It still was a fun movie.
