@splendorhub Thank You so much!! For protein .8-1grams per lb of body weight. Protein sources, Chicken Breast, Tuna,Tofu, Salmon, Ground turkey, Ground beef, Bison( a little higher in fat, but it taste so god!), shrimp, Tilapia. (pretty much any lean fish). :)
