DARE TO LOVE
It takes time to establish connections and build love. It takes one provocation to create hate. Learn to use things and love people. If you really want to be happy invest more in relationships. If you want to be successful, be more skillful in human dealings. If you want to know what it means to be human, take the risk to pain. It is worth taking the risk. One of your regrets later on is your decision not goodbye. Have the courage to love and be loved, with all the pains in between, than simply to have a painless life because you did not dare to love at all.

Consider it your top priority to nurture loving relationship if you want to experience lasting joy.
NEVER TRAIN YOUR MIND TO SEE WHAT IS LACKING
Do not train your mind to look for what is bad, what is missing, what is lacking.
It will make you ungrateful. The right attitude is to be thankful to God for both good things and bad. If you constantly look for reasons to complain about, they will always be there for you to find. If you find justifications to the belief that life is unfair. Focus on what you can appreciate- the rising sun, the fact that you are awake, the beauty of the sky, the color if the various light around. Do not focus on what is missing, or else you will stop thanking.

If you have an eye for God’s blessings, you will never run out of reasons to smile.

LET SUFFERING TEACH YOU WHAT IS BETTER
Suffering is part of human experience. We all suffer in varying degrees. Now, to be miserable is a choice that we decide on. Not everyone who suffers become miserable. In fact, many have learned from their suffering. They learn to become stronger when suffering becomes harsher. They learn to change for the better; they become more intelligent and resilient as the suffering intensifies. Others are also changed by suffering. It made their life worse. It made them feel bitter about life. It made them blamer, whiners and complainers. Now, it is your choice. Would you let suffering teach you what is better or what is worse?

What happens to us basically happens to everyone. What we do with what happens to us is what makes the quality of our life different from everyone else. When we refuse to give up, when we keep rising over again, when we do what it takes to improve our situation- the game has just begun.

There is more happiness to anyone who never gives up amidst suffering and pain.

EMPOWER YOURSELF
If you want a good, healthy, happy and meaningful life, you are empowered to have it. You have the power to experience long and lasting happiness. You have the power to find meaning. You have also the power to make yourself valuable in the market place, in the Church or in the society at large. Start with the kind of thoughts you think about. You can create a wonderful future if you will take control of your thoughts. You have the power to create happiness from within. Power, when used properly, bring more happiness.

When feeling restless or useless, remind yourself that you are empowered to be happy.

LET NOT FEAR OF REJECTION HINDER YOUR GROWTH
We are afraid to be rejected. In fact, many of us do not want to take risks because we are afraid of losing the approval of people who are important to us. We somehow perceive that rejection is painful and can paralyze us. Real maturity will challenge us to choose between conformity to the prevailing attitude or doing something different but more creative and intelligent. Usually those who risk being more original gain the approval of others. Rejection is not really that painful when we begin to realize that growth is more important than simply maintaining the affection from people we care for.
