Whatever will be will be; If it is for me,it will come to me. Really?

“Whatever will be will be; if it is for me, It will come to me”

The truth has always been clear and surprisingly people choose to look away when delicate issues such as this is being debated on. The world as I have come to see it is never a fair space but those who are willing to sacrifice, commit and endure will always enjoy the fruits of their labor which sometimes extends to their descendants.

The notion that if you try out something and it doesn’t work, the most logical thing to do is to give up since “whatever will be, will be”. If that were the case, then there will be no Mike Tyson or Google or iPhone or Samsung or Dior. If you have ever taken time to listen to the stories of high achievers such as Bill Gates or Jack Ma, you will notice one common trend. They had to make sacrifices at some points in their lives and commit to a decision which most people advised them to ignore.
I used to believe I was born unlucky and the statement above used to be on my lips like some anthem but upon reading mind-blowing books such as Rich Dad Poor Dad, Think and Grow Rich, The Richest Man in Babylon, I have come to understand it as clear as day that it all lies in our thinking pattern, who hang out with and what we aspire to achieve.

People with clearly defined goals never make it a habit to sprout out such an excuse. It will only be when you give it your 100% no matter the odds and you keep giving it your all until you finally get what you set out to get. It is all about being stubborn and refusing to give up. It is all about work, work and work.
So, the next time you hear yourself or a friend falling for the “Whatever will be will be” trap, kindly remind them of how the world rewards only persistent and stubborn souls. You have got to work on yourself more than anything and as time goes by, you will get there eventually.
