How strong are you?

How strong you are is not determined by how long you kept it going without hindrance, but by how many times you lift yourself up each time you fall...Even in a fitness centre the amount of times you can lift yourself up expands you muscle and makes you look stronger.

Thus, in life when an obstacle knocnks you down and you get up. It gives you experience and prepare you on how to overcome such obstacle next time. This is different for the ones who never fell.

So when ever you find yourself below a certain level, the ground or fallen...ask yourself how strong are you?

I believe if you can answer this question yourself...only then you will discover how strong you are.
