Small update and information:
Some users have reported issues (transaction getting stuck or taking too long time) when withdrawing their balances. The bug is now fixed, and it should work instantly.
Regarding 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication), it is EXTREMELY important that you write down the code under the QR before activating 2FA. You need this code to re-activate your 2FA if you loose or restore your device/phone. We can’t disable or re-activate 2FA manually on your account due to security reasons.
We’ve also added load balancing to the server to be able to handle the traffic when the internal exchange launches - if you encounter any issues on the website, please let us know.
We’re still working hard on the internal exchange and other features, and it’s planned to open up soon. However, we may open it up with limitations, even though we aim to make it accessible for everyone at launch.
