Shine your red

Yesterday took leave to attend a Mary Kay “Shine your red” training, the Director of Sales flew in from malaysia to groom Beauty Consultants in Singapore.

I always take every opportunity to learn whenever possible. There are many takeaway from the training. How to calculate and share our income plan, do we practise Mary Kay 4 core values in daily life? 80-20 rules, 1000 faces to success, weekly plan sheet, shoe box exercise and many more!

Golden rule - treat others the way you want to be treated.
Go give principle - give without expecting for return
Balance priority - Faith first , family second , career third. Actually all 3 are equally important.
Make me feel important

昨天请了一天假参加玫琳凯公司的红外套培训。销售团队真的觉得新加坡是个很有潜力的市场，近年来花了很多时间特地飞来新加坡培训美容顾问。我是个好学宝宝所以我很珍惜公司的特别培训。很少有那么一间公司有这么完善的系统从新美容顾问一步一步培训到督导甚至首席（最高职位）。

昨天我们所有督导再一次穿回我们的红外套 重新学习。这画面好美丽！其实红外套也很适合我不是吗？

之后我也思考了很多，如果自己没有做到的事就没有办法让团队做到。带领团队是一门很深的学问，人与人之间是最难搞的。上完课我还是收获满满，该好好想想这条路该怎么走。
