Remember those little technologically advanced handheld devices that you had to feed to keep alive? The Tamagotchi was one of the most exciting and popular toys during it's day.
But now we have a Tamagotchi similar 'toy' built upon the EOS blockchain. It is basically a game built to show off the EOS blockchain potential where you 'grow' a monster by feeding and keeping it alive, similar to the Tamagotchi principle.
To keep your monster alive you must feed him, play with him, take him to bed and wash him!
Currently, only the feeding and sleeping/awake feature is live for now. The team is looking into creating other interesting stuff like experience points, inventory of items, multiplayer options, breeding, ownership transferring and tokenisation.
You can jump onto the Github repository for the project and contribute to the game. You can access the games through the Scatter app.
It's an interesting little project that seems to have gotten a lot of people engaged and shows just how one simple dApp can function on the EOS blockchain.
